Driving back to London and found Red Lodge. Absolute brilliant find. Pleasent welcome and give a table immediately. Food arrived quickly and looked amazing with the best part being the food tasted even better than it looked! Sadly no kangaroo burgers but I consoled myself as I tucked in to the sizeable Hot Mess burger. Great time and highly recommend!!

Popped in on a busy Saturday night but managed to get a seat. Although it's a Steakhouse there were plenty of veggie options. I went for the hot mess burger, it was both! Rest of the group also enjoyed their meals.

Don't come here for a cheap night out, but you do get a whacking great piece of meat and a pile of chips for your money. Not entirely sure what the handful of rocket lettuce is supposed to fulfil, but I always eat it, as I've paid for it, to me it just seems pointless. Fried onions, or a field mushroom would seem a better choice, but it is what it is. The atmosphere is quirky, interesting, if not a little repressive and close, especially to someone like me who is mildly claustrophobic. Have always booked a table in advance, so dont know how you would get on just turning up, I would imagine on less busier days it would be absolutely fine, but still, I recommend booking. Serving staff are incredibly friendly and eager, a small non-compulsary service charge is added to your bill, but I don't mind paying it, as I've been told it's shared amongst the waiting staff and doesn't go to the restaurant profit. Food is cooked fresh, so a little wait, but nothing really to get uppity about. Have been several times now, and will certainly be going again. Myself and my son dine here, usually costs around £170 for the 2 of us, a starter, main and desert, plus drinks. As I say, not the cheapest, but we dont eat here every week, and I feel the food and the service are worth it or else I'd go someplace else.- Wait time

The Red Lodge Steakhouse is a lovely little pub with lovely decor, it has that old rustic vibe to it. The food was delicious, very large portions and not too expensive, great value for money. Our waitress was very polite and friendly.

I had an absolutely delightful dining experience, and the photos speak for themselves! The portions were incredibly generous, leaving us fully satisfied and impressed. The cheesy garlic bread was the perfect start—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a deliciously rich layer of melted cheese.
The chicken and chips were equally impressive, with a golden, crunchy batter that encased perfectly cooked chicken, accompanied by thick-cut fries and a fresh side salad.
And the burger—wow! It was a towering masterpiece with crispy onion rings, bacon, and juicy beef, all stacked between a soft bun. Every bite was a burst of flavor, complemented by the perfectly cooked fries on the side.
Everything was incredibly tasty, and the quality was top-notch. This meal was a 5-star experience from start to finish!- Service

Popped in for a meal for two. The food was amazing, the portions are extremely generous and everything was cooked to perfection. We didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive either. The staff are extremely polite and friendly. We shall definitely be returning soon.

As an American this was my first time trying a full Sunday roast and it was incredible!! The service was so fast and five-star quality, and it was awesome to see them all bantering with each other. I’m excited to come back so I can try everything else on the menu 😋💕

Flew across the Pond to see my son [United Kingdom]. Since he lives in Red Lodge, we went to The Red Lodge Steakhouse and Bar. I read some earlier reviews and what they said was spot on. This seemed to me to be a family run bar based on my observation. Everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful with our choices.
The decor of the place is awesome and I wish I could have taken more photos. Entrance is on the left side which takes you to the bar area You can also get your table seat here. I didn’t see anyone, so I assumed it was self seating [sorry for just taking a seat as that was rude]. Eclectic chairs and table sets added to the uniqueness of the steakhouse. What I would consider the lower level had more seating. I liked the near full wall bookcase on the left side which added to the atmosphere.
We started off with one Duck [balls] appetizer .My son ended up getting the 20 oz Rib-eye and I got the Hunters Chicken. We matched it with a Cider and Beer. The Rib-eye came just as asked at medium rare. He didn’ use any steak sauce as it didn't need it whatsoever. Mine was more than enough with the onions rings, fries and peas. All in all, the cost for this hit $103 US.
I guessed the 'Dunny' was the toilets and I was correct [Australian for toilet].- Service

Great English Steakhouse and grill. The ribeye and fillet were cooked to perfection. The Skippy (Kangaroo) burger was really good as well. Great atmosphere. Super friendly staff and swift service. If you live in or near Red Lodge, or are just passing through pop in and give these guys a try. I hear the Sunday breakfast is pretty good as well.

What a spoil! I had a huge meat craving, and this certainly didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was very chilled, with an unusual decor that seems to just mesh together perfectly. Many pictures from all over Africa also tell a story. Well worth a visit!

Booked a last minute meal here after seeing an offer on social media. Was a really good meal, service attentive and helpful, great portions and good quality and definitely value for money, especially with the offer. Onion rings were the best I’ve had in a long time and I’d like to say I could eat more but with the size of them you couldn’t they are huge! Thank you for a nice evening meal, will be back when we can.

Over from Northern Ireland found on Google maps. Staying nearby drove down had a look from the outside didn't expect what was on offer inside. The food was fantastic (more than I could eat) the staff was very welcoming, friendly and pleasant. Would definitely visit again on my next trip.
